About the position

Lake Ridge Care Center, a 5-star rated senior care campus, is hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our skilled team. There are Full-Time (Day or Night) and Part-Time (Night) positions available working a varied schedule. Full-Time Hours: 12-hour shifts 6:00 am to 6:00 pm; 6:00 pm to 6:00 am. Part-Time Hours: 10:00 pm to 6:00 am. Pay Range: $19.25 - $22.66 / hour depending on experience. There is a $4.00 per hour shift differential for the evening and night shifts. Full-Time is eligible for a $4,000 bonus. Part-Time is eligible for a $2,000 bonus. Bonus payout to be discussed during interview.

Requirements

• Must be able to be CNA certified.
• Strong communication skills to interact with residents and staff.
• Ability to work a consistent work schedule.
