About the position

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Wisconsin Dells Health Services, you will be part of a team that is dedicated to providing high-quality care to residents and patients. Under the supervision of the assigned Nurse Supervisor, you will perform resident/patient care activities and related services necessary for the personal needs, safety, and comfort of residents/patients. Your role will also involve assisting in creating a positive physical, social, and psychological environment while adhering to all Center policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform resident/patient care activities and related services necessary for personal needs, safety, and comfort of residents/patients.
• Assist in providing a positive physical, social, and psychological environment for residents/patients.
• Follow all Center policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Successful completion of approved nursing assistant training and competency evaluation program.
• Able to relate positively, effectively, and appropriately with residents/patients, families, volunteers, and other center staff.
• Possess special interest in, and a positive attitude about, working with long-term care residents/patients and the elderly.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Meets all health requirements, as required by law.
