The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is a staff member trained to provide personal care and supportive services to the unit’s patient population. He/She functions under the direction and supervision of the RN or LPN.

Requirements
GED or High School Graduate required.
South Carolina Certified Nursing Assistant Certificate required.
Six months of previous nursing assistant experience preferred.
Current BLS (American Heart Association only) certification.
