About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate need for CNAs and HHAs to care for adult and geriatric clients in their neighborhoods. As a member of the home care team, employees are valued, respected, and heard. The pay rate is up to $19-21 per hour depending on experience, with 4-12 hour shifts available. BAYADA offers a Talent Scout Bonus of $500 for referrals that work 100 hours.

Requirements

• Minimum one year work experience (does not have to be in the HHA field)
• Current CNA license or proof of HHA certificate with 75 hours or more
• Can accept out of state license

Responsibilities

• Activities of daily living
• Light housekeeping
• Bathing
• Grooming
• Toileting
• Range of motion / exercises
• Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices
• Assisting with ambulation
• Medication reminders
