About The Position

Kinetic Environmental Ltd. has an opportunity within our Victoria branch for Certified Abatement Technicians to perform tasks involving physical labour at commercial, institutional, and industrial asbestos/lead/mould abatement and demolition projects, and to operate a variety of hand and power tools. The wage band for this position is $30.00-$35.02 an hour and is based on relevant skills and experience.

Requirements

• 3+ years’ abatement experience
• Level 2 Asbestos Safety Training
• Safe operation of hand tools and power tools
• Workplace safety
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50lbs) for 50ft
• Ability to operate required equipment in a safe and responsible manner
• Ability to determine the correct tools and equipment needed to do the job
