About the position
The Centralized Community Home Lending Advisor at JPMorgan Chase is a full-time role focused on guiding clients through the home lending process. This position serves as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the life of their loan, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while promoting Chase's financial products. The advisor will utilize their knowledge of home lending products to convert leads into mortgage applications and achieve strong sales results, all while working in a hybrid environment.
Responsibilities
- Convert inbound and outbound leads into mortgage loan applications.
- Source all business and log all contacts with prospects.
- Use consultative selling of Purchase Loans in a call center environment.
- Recommend optimum product/rate program combinations to prospects.
- Ensure compliance with applicable statutes and procedures.
- Provide feedback on lead quality.
- Meet required sales performance for pre-established goal volume.
Requirements
- Proficient with Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Organized with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
- Demonstrated ability in providing superior customer service and consultative selling.
- Ability to adhere to a hybrid work schedule (3 days on-site and 2 days remote).
- Ability to adhere to on-site training Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM for the first 60 days.
