About The Position

This role involves auditing repair files to ensure compliance with company and carrier guidelines, including documentation, estimate accuracy, photo standards, and notes. The auditor will partner with estimators to clarify scope, request changes, and improve estimate quality. A key responsibility is validating estimates for accuracy and completeness, covering labor, parts, operations, calibrations, and OEM procedures. The position aims to reduce change requests by coaching teams on documentation and best practices, and will also involve tracking trends and reporting recurring issues and opportunities to leadership.

Requirements

Experience with damage assessment and repair estimating (body shop, DRP, or insurer background).
Strong communicator who can coach peers and collaborate across locations.
Detail orientation with solid organization and follow-through.
Proficiency with estimating platforms (CCC ONE strongly preferred; Mitchell/Audatex a plus).
Familiarity with management systems (e.g., Nexsyis or similar).
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
HS diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

I-CAR/OEM/ASE certifications are a plus.
