Part-Time Central Fill Fulfillment Specialist (1st shift)
About The Position
This is a part-time, first-shift position focused on supporting central fill pharmacy operations. The role involves assisting with the preparation, packaging, and shipment of prescription orders to stores. Key responsibilities include maintaining automated production lines, inspecting and preparing packages, sorting orders, organizing shipments, and working with transportation partners. The specialist will also assist with pharmacy system maintenance, basic troubleshooting of equipment, supply replenishment, and workstation cleaning. Additional duties include creating documentation, assisting Inventory Technicians, and participating in inventory audits, all while adhering to company safety and security procedures and applicable laws and regulations.

Responsibilities
- Follow and promote proper Pharmacy, general safety and security procedures and processes of the company.
- Assist with preparation of intra-facility transfers (i.e. completed prescription orders) for delivery to stores.
- Maintain automated production lines, inspect/prepare packages, sort, and apply manifest information to prescription orders.
- Organize totes on pallets to prepare for shipment.
- Works with transportation partners to ship completed totes to stores.
- Assist with maintaining the pharmacy system and technologies that facilitate proper conveyance, packaging, and shipping of prescriptions.
- Escalate technical and workflow issues as needed.
- Monitoring and maintaining uptime of automated counting, collating, packaging, and sorting devices, ensuring continuous operation through basic troubleshooting of routine errors.
- Assist with replenishment of supplies and cleaning of workstations as needed.
- Create and maintain documentation as requested.
- Assist Inventory Technicians as requested.
- Participate in Inventory Audits.
- Other duties as assigned concurrent with all applicable laws and regulations.
