About The Position
Baptist Health is looking to add a CDM Analyst I to our Charge Master Team at Baptist Metro Square. This is a Full-Time Days opportunity. Shift Details: Monday- Friday; 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. As a CDM Analyst I, you will be responsible for coordinating and maintaining all activities around the Charge Description Master for Baptist Health in compliance with regulatory requirements while supporting appropriate reimbursement. You will also assist the Sr. CDM Analyst in developing and facilitating processes for accurate and timely charge capture through research and analysis of the Charge Master. This role supports process improvement initiatives to ensure accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 1-2 years Revenue Cycle Operations Experience
- 1-2 years Experience with Charge Validation Reviews
- 1-2 years Experience with CPT/HCPCS Codes or Charging
Responsibilities
- Coordinating and maintaining all activities around the Charge Description Master for Baptist Health in compliance with regulatory requirements while supporting appropriate reimbursement
- Assisting the Sr. CDM Analyst in developing and facilitating processes for accurate and timely charge capture through research and analysis of the Charge Master
- Facilitating accurate and timely charge capture through research/investigation, staff education, and provider education
- Maintaining ancillary department charging and billing systems
- Supporting process improvement initiatives to ensure accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency
