About the position
As a CDL Truck Driver in the Van Fleet at Roehl Transport, you will be responsible for hauling no-touch freight across the 48 states and Canada. This position offers a unique opportunity to travel and experience various shippers and locations while being rewarded for your time and performance through the Dynamic Pay Plan.
Responsibilities
- Haul no-touch freight across 48 states and Canada.
- Adhere to safety regulations and company policies while driving.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicle inspections.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members.
- Participate in training programs to enhance driving skills and safety awareness.
Requirements
- Valid CDL license with a clean driving record.
- Experience in over-the-road (OTR) driving preferred.
- Ability to operate a commercial vehicle safely and efficiently.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Willingness to comply with all safety regulations and company policies.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience as a Driver Trainer.
- Familiarity with the Van Primary Commercial Zone Map.
- Knowledge of freight handling and logistics.
