About the position
As a CDL Truck Driver in the Van Fleet at Roehl Transport, you will be responsible for hauling no-touch freight across the 48 states and Canada. This position offers a unique opportunity to travel while working with various shippers and locations, all while being rewarded through our Dynamic Pay Plan that compensates drivers based on their time and performance.
Responsibilities
- Haul no-touch freight across 48 states and Canada.
- Engage with various shippers and locations during travel.
- Participate in the Dynamic Pay Plan to maximize earnings.
- Optionally become a Driver Trainer to increase income.
- Refer other drivers to Roehl for additional compensation.
Requirements
- Valid CDL license required for truck driving.
- Experience in over-the-road (OTR) driving preferred.
- Ability to operate a commercial vehicle safely and efficiently.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with no-touch freight operations.
- Familiarity with various shipping and logistics processes.
