About The Position

C & S Sweeping is hiring experienced CDL Class A Dump Truck Drivers for out-of-state projects lasting several months at a time. This role is ideal for drivers who are comfortable traveling and working flexible schedules, including nights and weekends.

Requirements

• Valid CDL Class A (no air brake or manual restrictions)
• Valid DOT Medical Card
• Manual transmission experience REQUIRED
• Experience hauling and securing equipment on flatbeds
• Clean driving record (last 39 months – must meet insurance standards)
• Must be willing to travel for extended periods
• Mechanically inclined (minor repairs as needed)

Nice To Haves

• End dump experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Operate end dump trucks safely and efficiently
• Haul materials including asphalt millings, dirt, and aggregate base (AB)
• Transport equipment via flatbed trailer (Super Kick Broom)
• Secure loads properly and perform inspections
• Follow all DOT, FMCSA, and job site safety requirements
