About The Position

We are seeking motivated individuals with a valid Class A CDL to join our team as a Recent Grad Trainee Solo Dry Van Truck Driver. This position offers comprehensive training and a path to a successful career in long-haul trucking. Trainees will work with a mentor for 4-6 weeks, gaining valuable experience while operating in all 48 states. After training, drivers can expect to average approximately $1,100 per week, with a base pay of .45 or .46 CPM, depending on location. We offer a sliding pay scale based on the length of haul and opportunities for experienced drivers to discuss their CPM rates. The role involves driving dry van trailers with no-touch freight across all 48 states.

Requirements

Valid Class A CDL driver’s license.
120 hours in a CDL School.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must have held a regular US driver’s license for the last 12 consecutive months.
No more than 2 MV's in the last 2 years.
No 15 mph over speeding tickets in the last 12 months.
No year-long gaps of unemployment in the last 7 years unless in school-self employment has to be verifiable.
No DUI/DWI.
Clean criminal background.
Military experience with a valid DD214 will be considered.

Nice To Haves

If a Driver completed school and training with another company and did not have any moving violations or preventable accidents during the time they have held a CDL, they can participate in a modified training program with a mentor.
