This regional CDL-A truck driver position offers a clean 12-day regional scheduling with an average weekly pay of $1,350–$1,500. Drivers will handle no-touch regional dry van freight, running established regional lanes with steady miles, planned reloads, and dependable home time every other weekend. The operation is designed for drivers who prefer organized dispatch planning, repeatable schedules, and straightforward freight movement. Drivers will operate multi-state regional freight with a strong mix of drop-and-hook loads and limited live unload freight. Loads are planned in advance to help reduce downtime and maintain steady weekly movement. The no-touch setup allows drivers to stay focused on driving instead of extended dock time or frequent freight handling. Drivers operate on a structured 12-day schedule followed by a full 48-hour reset every other weekend. The schedule is designed to provide consistent home time while maintaining dependable weekly mileage across regional lanes. Dispatch planning helps keep routes organized from one trip to the next while reducing unnecessary downtime between assignments. Drivers operate 2021 or newer Freightliner and Kenworth tractors equipped with automatic transmissions, APUs, inverters, refrigerator space, and TV/microwave mounts. Trucks are maintained regularly through preventive maintenance scheduling to help reduce breakdowns and keep drivers moving efficiently throughout the week. Additional detention compensation is available during qualifying delays. Weekly pay is processed consistently. Rider and pet programs are available after approval. Drivers may take assigned trucks home during resets where safe parking is available or use approved parking locations when needed. Dispatch and maintenance teams remain available throughout each trip to assist with load planning, routing support, and equipment coordination.
