The Catering Team Lead, working with the Deli/Bistro Team Lead and Executive Chef, will effectively direct and oversee all catering functions. This includes planning events, ordering and preparing beverages and foods, presenting them to clients, and overseeing catering event food service and servers to achieve departmental sales and customer service goals. The role requires a responsible, friendly individual capable of working safely in a fast-paced environment and providing excellent customer service.
