Requirements

Strong event planning and coordination skills
Experience managing teams in a foodservice or catering environment
Ability to stay organized and calm in a dynamic setting
A passion for delivering memorable guest experiences
Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
2 years minimum management experience
1 year minimum functional experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.

Responsibilities

Coordinating catering requests, entering orders in CaterTrax, creating Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), and ensuring all details are flawlessly executed.
Meeting with clients to review and detail events, understand their vision, and deliver exceptional service.
Overseeing set-up, execution, and breakdown of events; ensuring all catering deliveries are timely and accurate.
Leading a talented team of four—including a Catering Supervisor, two Catering Attendants, and a Pantry Attendant who supports catering operations.
Maintaining smooth day-to-day catering flow, upholding service standards, and ensuring high-quality presentation and guest experience.
