The Category Strategist Center Store & Paypoints will leverage insights and the category management toolkit to meet and exceed Hershey and customer's financial objectives. The Category Strategist will be an expert in the pervasive application of insights to fuel growth and drive thought leadership in the aisle and at the point of purchase. Key to the role is synthesizing business trends, competitive trends, shopper insights, financial insights, and Hershey gold standards to identify opportunities and develop solutions to drive conversion and guest satisfaction across the entire shopping journey, including brick-and-mortar and the digital shelf.
