About The Position

Ready to suit up as a Casual Security Guard? What matters most in a role like this is your ability to read the environment, anticipate risk and act accordingly. As a Campus Security Guard, physical ability is essential as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling an educational facility located in Oakville, Mississauga, or Brampton.

Requirements

Be authorized to work in Canada
Hold a valid security license
First aid certification - CPR Level C / AED
Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
Responsive and strong problems solving skills

Responsibilities

Patrol sensitive areas to spot any suspicious activity
Verify identities and control access to secure areas
React quickly to threats or incidents
Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras
Document incidents and actions taken
Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks
Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents
Must be able to travel to all three campuses (Brampton, Mississauga, and Oakville)
