Casino Ambassador

About the position

Casino Ambassadors receive a quarterly Incentive Bonus and can earn up to an additional $3k per quarter. The role involves developing and maintaining effective relationships with customers regarding marketing issues, operating in compliance with the Colorado Limited Gaming Act and other applicable municipal, state and federal laws or regulations, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Maintains professional relationships with customers to ensure their return to the casino.
• Caters to specific needs of 'VIP' players.
• Assists players with food and drinks.
• Communicates via phone or letters to stay in contact with players.
• Assists with special marketing and promotion events.
• Assists in the 24K Club when necessary.
• Assists on the floor with change, jackpots or fills.
• Signs up new players.
• Periodically surveys and monitors surrounding competition concerning club points, promotions and progress.
• Performs assigned marketing duties within deadlines.
• Provides assistance to supervisors and managers in direct support of the marketing department.
• Performs duties in compliance with the Colorado Limited Gaming Act, State and Federal regulations and all company policies and procedures.
• Performs other duties, including special projects, as needed and directed.

Requirements

• Strong guest service skills and the ability to ask questions and active reasoning and listening skills are essential.
• Colorado Gaming Support License is required.
