The position at 7 Cedars Casino involves providing exceptional customer service and managing player experiences. Responsibilities

  • Exhibit an upbeat and positive attitude at all times; greet customers and answer inquiries
  • Assist the Player's Club with special events, tournaments, and promotions
  • Analyze player accounts and information
  • Perform all Totem Rewards Representative duties
  • Maintain daily tracking logs
  • Address and provide resolution to guest complaints and concerns
  • Assist Host with player development initiatives
  • Use comps and amenities to reward players and build loyalty
  • Assist casino host(s) and casino floor staff in delivering comps
  • Maintain accurate headcounts in the VIP Lounge
  • Inform customers about upcoming special events and promotions
  • Maintain high visibility throughout the Casino
  • Interact and visit with customers to develop loyalty
  • Identify potential club members from observation of customers
  • Approach customers professionally to gain their enrollment in the club
  • Address stressful situations with clients with dignity and tact
  • Exercise confidentiality and discretion
  • Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned
  • Follow all safety rules and regulations
  • Adhere to general and department policies and procedures

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Two years of customer service experience; gaming experience preferred
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Ability to focus in a high volume, fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, and Photoshop
  • Ability to foster a cooperative work environment
  • Ability to public speak and use a microphone to promote club events
  • Outstanding interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong organization, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Highly adaptable with the ability to adjust to change positively
