We are searching for fabulous Front of House Service Coordinators (Cashiers) to join our team!! Our Front of House Service Coordinator creates first and lasting impressions for our guests. Responsible for taking customer orders, processing payments, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. You will also assist with basic food preparation, serving customers, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Requirements

• Ability to work effectively with other kitchen staff in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage a workstation and maintain a clean and organized environment.
• Above average math skills.
• A positive attitude and good manners.
• Neat personal appearance and proper personal hygiene.
• Valid Server Permit (ABC Card).
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location. Fluency in English may be essential for certain customer service stations within this position.

Responsibilities

• SHINE for our guests making them feel special and welcome.
• Ability to knowledgeably answer customer questions about the food and beverage menu and organizational mission.
• Accurately enter customer orders into the POS system and communicate them to the kitchen.
• Process payments using cash, credit, debit, or other methods, and provide change and receipts.
• Greet customers, answer questions, and resolve any issues or complaints in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Serve food and beverages to customers at the counter or take-out area.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the counter, cash register station, and dining area.
• Restocking supplies, bagging orders, and assisting other staff members as needed.
