About the position
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Assist clients with inquiries related to products and services.
- Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate cash handling procedures.
- Perform outbound calling to follow up on client inquiries or provide additional information.
- Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service quality.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our database.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve overall client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred.
- Proficiency in data entry with a strong attention to detail.
- Experience in client services with a focus on delivering exceptional support.
- Bilingual candidates (Spanish) are highly desirable to assist a diverse client base.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide effective solutions.

- Basic math skills (1 year preferred).
