Responsibilities

• Be the friendly face that greets everyone who walks through our doors.
• Keep our shelves perfectly stocked, our displays appealing, and our store clean.
• Master the art of upselling and suggestive selling.
• Champion our brand by encouraging customers to join our loyalty rewards program.
• Efficiently manage the cash register and handle transactions.
• Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for customers and colleagues.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain a clean and inviting store, including cleaning restrooms and emptying trash bins.
• Actively participate in keeping our outdoor space clean and welcoming.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older if located in certain states; otherwise, must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English effectively.
• Basic math skills required, including addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication.
• Capable of frequently lifting 10 lbs and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and be subject to a criminal history background check.
• Personable and positive demeanor.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on customer experience.
• Reliable and responsible with punctuality.
• Flexible and adaptable to various tasks.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience in retail or customer service is appreciated, but not required.
