About The Position

This role is responsible for greeting guests, taking orders, processing payments, and ensuring order accuracy. The Cashier/Expo also plays a key role in coordinating order flow between the kitchen and front counter, maintaining cleanliness, and delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements

Ability to greet and welcome guests with a positive and friendly attitude.
Proficiency in taking customer orders accurately and processing payments using a POS system.
Strong knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and promotions.
Ability to ensure order accuracy for dine-in and takeout orders.
Skill in organizing and coordinating the flow of orders between the kitchen and front counter.
Capability to maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house and expo areas.
Clear communication skills with kitchen staff and team members.
Ability to deliver excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
Willingness to support overall restaurant operations and assist team members.
Adherence to food safety, sanitation, and company standards.
