About The Position
This is a seasonal role for a Cashier-Dispatcher Valet Parking. The position involves ensuring accurate vehicle location records, reviewing parking tickets, and performing Point of Sales functions. Key duties include extending customer courtesy, communicating parking options and availability, documenting information on the Parking Validation Log, and handling monetary transactions accurately. The role also includes monitoring radio communications for shuttle bus drivers and other assigned duties. The work environment is diverse, fast-paced, deadline-driven, and requires coordination of multiple projects, prioritization, and flexibility to handle last-minute requests and changes.

- Able to handle monetary transactions with accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Ensures files properly reflect the location of all vehicles parked.
- Reviews parking tickets for accuracy and completeness.
- Performs Point of Sales functions including extending customer courtesy to guests, communicating parking options, ensuring proper documentation on the Parking Validation Log, effectively communicating availability of spaces to management, and effectively communicating equipment failure to management.
- Accepts cash or casino parking receipts and issues parking receipts.
- Handles monetary transactions with accuracy.
- Monitors radio for shuttle bus drivers.
- Other Duties as assigned.
