About the position

This position requires individual to be able to work the specific positions of: front window, fill bank, marker bank, Dispatch Cage on a rotational basis. To insure that transaction are done correctly and to safeguard the Westgate assets. To provide friendly and accurate service. To be able to operate all equipment in order to obtain information needed to provide management and customers with accurate information. Graveyard shift (overnight).

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest inquiries. Provide guest satisfaction through assistance, direction and information.
• Provide and obtain accurate information by following Westgate procedures and guidelines in order to service all/any parties concerned in a courteous and professional manner.
• Assist cashiers and other departments in completing transactions correctly.
• Adjust to new situations and personnel and implements policies by instructing the correct manner in which to conduct transactions.
• Verify and accurately complete transactions, making sure checks are completed correctly and that the right amount of markers, chips and cash is given or received.

Requirements

• At least one year of casino and cash handling experience.
• High school diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language clearly.
• Ability to organize/prioritize work, meet deadlines, work with minimal supervision and multiple interruptions.
• Ability to remain alert throughout the duration of shift and remain calm during emergency situations.
• Ability to access and input information using a moderately complex computer system.
• Ability to grasp, bend, lift and/or carry, or otherwise, move racks of chips weighing a maximum of 40 lbs. on a continuous schedule.
• Ability to maintain attendance in conformance with standards.
• Ability to maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance.
