About The Position

This role is responsible for maintaining service standards to ensure superior guest service. The Cashier - Cage will handle various cash transactions, including issuing fills and credits, cashing checks, and processing markers for credit players. The position requires adherence to federal cash reporting requirements and all company policies and procedures. Knowledge of promotions and events is also necessary. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develops, maintains a service standard that ensures the delivery of Superior internal/external guest service by all team members
• Count all cash drawer currency prior to performing any cash transactions
• Issue fills and credits for table games / Jackpots for Slot Department
• Cash checks, process Markers for approved credit players upon proper identification
• Follows federal cash reporting requirements.
• Ensures department adheres to all regulatory, departmental and company policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of all promotions and events.
• All other duties as assigned.
