About the position

As an ABA Case Manager at Behavior Frontiers, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of clients, conducting assessments, designing intervention plans, and training staff. This role is crucial in delivering high-quality ABA treatments for children with autism and other special needs, contributing to the continuous improvement of clinical practices in a rapidly growing field.

Responsibilities

• Lead a caseload of clients through assessments and intervention plans.
• Design and implement ABA programs for children with autism.
• Write goals and update clients' progress regularly.
• Train staff and parents on intervention strategies.
• Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS, Brigance, and FBA.

Requirements

• Master's degree in special education, psychology, counseling, behavior analysis, behavior science, human development, social work, or rehabilitation.
• At least 1 year of experience as a behavior supervisor designing ABA programs.
• Knowledge of DTT, NATS/NET, and VB.
• Experience conducting assessments: VB-MAPP, ABLLS, Brigance, and FBA.
• BCBA certification preferred or eligible to take the exam within 6 months.
