About The Position

The Case Aide supports the Case Management team with administrative and client support activities to enhance service coordination and client engagement. The role requires demonstrating exceptional customer service by placing the child, family, Veteran, or client first to support the mission to 'Empower people to build better lives for themselves, their families, and their communities.'

Requirements

  • High School or GED diploma.
  • Minimum of 1 year of related experience in social services, customer services, or administrative support preferred.
  • Strong research and technical writing skills required.
  • Must maintain regular and acceptable attendance.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts.
  • Driver’s License with clear record.
  • Must have daily use of a vehicle without prior notice.
  • Must be available and willing to travel to various locations and with such frequency as the business need dictates.

Responsibilities

  • Assists with distribution of caseload to ensure all cases are accounted for in the allotted time frame.
  • Assist clients with appointments, forms, and documentation.
  • Support transportation coordination and referrals.
  • Assist with data entry and HMIS documentation.
  • Participate in scheduled meetings and trainings.
  • Conduct client follow-ups and appointment reminders.
  • Support resource distribution and client engagement activities.
  • Maintain organized client files and records.
  • Provide general administrative support to the case management team.
  • Other duties as assigned.
