Requirements

• Reliable transportation to get to work and a valid and insurable driver's license required.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including repetitive “push/pull” movements with heavy extraction equipment and moving/lifting at least 50 lbs.
• Ability to meet customer needs and "wow" them with education on our services and spectacular customer service.
• Ability to perform essential job duties, including the cleaning and maintenance of both residential homes and commercial office environments.
• Desire to be the friendly face of the company while cleaning carpets, upholstery, tile, hardwood, rugs, and other surfaces.
• Ability to communicate well in English (both verbally and in writing).
• Acceptable results from a motor vehicle record review, criminal background check, and drug screening.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in industries such as Carpet Cleaner, Construction Worker, Delivery Driver, Handyman, Home Service, Landscaping / Grounds Maintenance/ Lawn Care, Cable/Fiber Installation, Repair / Maintenance, Restaurants / Server, Warehouse, Other Labor Position.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and maintenance of both residential homes and commercial office environments.
• Cleaning carpets, upholstery, tile, hardwood, rugs, and other surfaces.
