Requirements

Reliable transportation to get to work.
A valid and insurable driver's license required.
The ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including repetitive “push/pull” movements with heavy extraction equipment and moving/lifting at least 50 lbs.
The ability to meet customer needs and "wow" them with education on our services and spectacular customer service (do not need to generate your own leads).
The ability to perform essential job duties, including the cleaning and maintenance of both residential homes and commercial office environments.
A desire to be the friendly face of the company while cleaning carpets, upholstery, tile, hardwood, rugs, and other surfaces.
The ability to communicate well in English (both verbally and in writing).
Acceptable results from a motor vehicle record review, criminal background check, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

Cleaning and maintenance of both residential homes and commercial office environments.
Being the friendly face of the company while cleaning carpets, upholstery, tile, hardwood, rugs, and other surfaces.
Meeting customer needs and educating them on services and providing spectacular customer service.
Performing repetitive “push/pull” movements with heavy extraction equipment.
Moving/lifting at least 50 lbs.
