About the position
Always Best Care Senior Services is seeking dedicated caregivers to join their team in the Greater Nashville area. This part-time position offers flexible scheduling options, allowing caregivers to choose shifts that fit their lifestyle while making a meaningful impact in the lives of seniors. The role includes providing companionship, personal care, medication reminders, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
Responsibilities
- Providing companionship and conversation to clients
- Assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Offering medication reminders to clients
- Preparing meals and assisting with light housekeeping
- Occasionally providing transportation for appointments, errands, or outings
Requirements
- Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license and current auto insurance
- At least 1 year of senior caregiving experience
- Steady work history
- Comfortable working in homes with pets
- Proficient in English (speaking and writing)
- Able to pass a background check and drug screen
- Provide 3 professional references
