Responsibilities
- Provide direct care to residents, recognizing individual needs and encouraging independence.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care needs.
- Help residents with household tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and dishes.
- Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
- Complete required training/certification based on state regulations.
