Requirements
- Active California Home Care Aide registration (HCA) required.
- Recent TB test or chest X-ray documentation.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for scheduled shifts.
Nice To Haves
- Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Help clients with mobility and daily activities to maintain independence.
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed.
- Perform light housekeeping to ensure a safe and clean living environment.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Accurately document care provided and communicate with supervisors as necessary.
