About The Position

Paramount Home Health Care LLC is currently seeking a compassionate, dependable, and energetic caregiver in or near Venice to provide support for a gentleman in his early 30s. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys working with active, social individuals and wants to make a positive impact in someone’s daily life. The client is very social and enjoys visiting bookstores, walking around the park, engaging in sports activities, and participating in community outings. We are looking for a caregiver who is patient, responsible, reliable, punctual, and able to encourage positive interaction while maintaining safety and professionalism at all times. We strongly encourage male caregivers to apply due to the client’s activity level and interests; however, female caregivers are absolutely welcome and encouraged to apply as well. This position also has strong potential to grow into a full-time opportunity in the future if the caregiver and client build a great connection and working relationship. Requirements

Must be responsible, reliable, and punctual
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred
Friendly, energetic, and professional attitude
Ability to work independently and maintain consistency with the client
