About The Position

Amada Senior Care is seeking compassionate, experienced, and reliable caregivers, specifically CNAs and HCAs, to join our team. We are hiring for a caregiver position to serve clients in Hoodsport, WA. This role involves providing high-quality care and improving the lives of the clients we serve. The position includes specific client needs: Client #1 requires care on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 9 am to 3 pm. Client #2 requires care on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 9 am to 1 pm. The pay rate is $26.50 per hour, with CEU training assistance provided.

Requirements

Active State License: CNA or HCA required.
Caregiver with at least one (1) year of caregiver experience, highly preferred.
Ability to lift, move or assist patients using proper body mechanics.
Must have valid Driver's License, proof of current auto insurance.
Must have reliable transportation.
Ability to pass a criminal background and fingerprint check, as required per Washington state law.
Ability to communicate effectively with seniors.
Must be reliable and dependable.

Nice To Haves

Nurse Delegation: highly preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Assisting with ADL's (Activities of Daily Living) including bathing, dressing, transferring, toileting, incontinence, and feeding.
Assisting with IADL's (Instrumental Activities of Daily Living) including shopping, housekeeping, medication management, and meal preparation.
Following each client's Care Plan.
