About The Position

24 Hour Home Care is seeking empathetic and attentive caregivers to provide in-home care services to children, teenagers, and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DDs). The role involves supporting clients in their homes, assisting with daily living activities, and ensuring their well-being. This position is based in East Los Angeles and requires a Monday-Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm shift. The company has been providing high-quality, personalized caregiving services for over 15 years, serving more than 16,000 clients and employing over 16,000 caregivers.

Requirements

• Bilingual Spanish speaker.
• Comfortable working Monday-Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
• Provide contact information for two caregiving references.
• Possess a valid ID that complies with I-9 requirements.
• Provide proof of a negative TB test.
• Demonstrate a reliable means of commuting to work or have plans to relocate before the start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, including bathing, grooming, toileting, and transfers.
• Prepare meals for clients.

• Follow the client care plan and provide updates as needed.
• Assist with errands and transportation.
