About the position

CareLinx by Sharecare is seeking dedicated caregivers to provide non-clinical in-home care services to health plan members and individuals. This part-time role offers flexibility in scheduling, allowing caregivers to choose their shifts and work on their own terms while making a positive impact in the lives of others.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly companionship and assistance with activities of daily living such as cooking, meal preparation, errands, and transportation.
• Assist with walking, exercise, medication reminders, bathing, and grooming.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks as needed.
• Document care plan tasks and activities completed in the home thoroughly.
• Submit timesheets via the CareLinx app in a timely manner.
• Communicate with care advisors as needed to ensure quality care.
• Maintain confidentiality of all member information.

Requirements

• Six months of caregiving experience or relevant educational experience (CNA, HHA, MA, etc.).
• Ability to communicate in English; bilingual skills are a plus.
• Disclosure of COVID vaccination status is required.
• Completion of program-specific vetting and training is necessary.
• Medical requirements including physicals and TB tests may be required.
