About the position
As a Personal Care Aide at Era Life Care, you will provide essential one-on-one assistance to seniors in their homes, enhancing their quality of life while respecting their independence. This full-time position offers flexible scheduling across all shifts, allowing you to connect personally with seniors and positively impact their daily health and well-being.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one assistance to seniors in their homes.
- Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation and personal care.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of seniors during care.
- Maintain a positive and supportive environment for seniors.
- Communicate effectively with seniors and their families.
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License
- Reliable Vehicle
- Automobile Insurance
- Valid HCA Per I.D. # with Dept. of Social Services
- Valid CPR and First Aid Certifications
- Open availability strongly preferred with weekend availability a plus!
- 1 year of caregiving experience (preferred)
- 1 year of dementia care experience (preferred)
- 1 year of Alzheimer's care experience (preferred)
- 1 year of bedside care experience (preferred)
- 1 year of personal care experience (preferred)
