The Resident Care Associate (RCA) position at Trilogy Health Services involves providing essential non-certified routine services to residents in a senior living environment. Responsibilities

• Assists with housekeeping and laundry services including trash removal and making and changing unoccupied beds.
• Assists with all aspects of meal service including transportation of residents to and from the dining room, tray delivery, and ensuring a great dining experience.
• Answers resident call lights promptly.
• Ensures that residents who are unable to call for help are checked frequently.
• Assists with 1:1 observations as assigned.
• Maintains communication with Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse to report any resident changes in condition, concerns, and grievances.
• Provides great customer service, companionship, communication, and engagement in activities.
• Assists clinical staff to make residents comfortable (i.e., check sitting position, hydration passing, etc.).
• Assists with personal care responsibilities according to state regulatory guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 0-1 years of experience in a similar role preferred.
