About The Position
We are hiring experienced Caregivers, Personal Care Assistants (PCA), and Home Care Aides to provide compassionate, non-medical in-home care for clients throughout Oklahoma City. This role is ideal for caregivers who value meaningful work, flexible scheduling, and consistent hours.
Requirements
- Prior experience in caregiving, home care, or a related field is a plus.
- State certification and license in good standing, if applicable.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license, proof of insurance (if required for client transport).
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Perform personal care assistance (PCA duties) including hygiene support and mobility assistance.
- Assist with daily living activities (ADLs).
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
- Maintain client safety and report changes in condition.
- Observe infection control and follow care plan protocols.
- Provide transportation for appointments and activities.
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
- Remind clients to take medication.
- Clock in/out and document all tasks.
