About The Position

A Path of Care Preferred Pathways in Hugo, OK is looking to hire a part-time Caregiver / Personal Care Assistant (PCA) for the Antlers/Moyers area. We are a well-respected private care organization that offers skilled care and support to our patients so they can live safely and independently in their own homes. Working directly with doctors, we develop individualized care plans that our nurses, therapists, and aids follow to ensure that our patients receive the best care possible. Requirements

18+ years of age
Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds
Willingness to undergo a background check upon hire
Empathy and a clear understanding of appropriate professional boundaries
Reliable, punctual, organized, and able to effectively prioritize tasks
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Flexible and patient

Responsibilities

Provide supplementary services in regard to personal care.
Assist with homemaking services as needed.
Perform only the tasks that you have been trained and documented as competent to perform.
Document the services that were delivered.
Report any significant changes that occurred.
Accept and promptly get done any new task presented by the nurse on duty.
