Responsibilities

  • Provide assistance and strategies to individuals to help them live well in their community and environment.
  • Develop meaningful relationships with the individuals served.
  • Support participants with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
  • Assist individuals with personal hygiene and support those with behavioral challenges and complex needs.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
  • Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
  • Skills in communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, and time-management.
  • Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible.
