About The Position
This rewarding position provides direct care to the clients in the facility and ensures everyone’s needs are being met. Assists nursing personnel in providing nonprofessional nursing care under the direction of the charge nurse on duty. Working in this role is the first step to the rest of your career in the Health care field. We can provide scholarship and tuition reimbursements to help you grow.
Requirements
- Has a sincere desire to work with the elderly.
- Meets the eligibility requirements to work in an assisted living facility.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct care and ADL needs for each client based on their level of care needs.
- Communicates with the facility nurse and leadership for client changes in conditions.
- Assists as needed with the getting clients in the food delivery process
- Acts as part of the nursing care team to promote excellent care delivery to our patients
- Documents care in the electronic system
