About The Position

Mennonite Village is seeking a compassionate and dependable Caregiver to join our Memory Care team, where empathy, patience, and heartfelt support help seniors feel safe, valued, and engaged. In this rewarding role, you'll provide hands-on care and companionship while helping residents experience comfort, dignity, and moments of joy throughout their daily routines. Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Heimlich Maneuver training within the first 120 days.
• Understanding of and commitment to residents rights and dignity.
• First aid certification and Food handler's card within first 120 days of employment.
• Criminal background check is required for new hires.
• Fingerprints may be required as part of the check.
