About the position
The Caregiver Health Call Center RN at Providence is responsible for providing clinical caregiver health services primarily through telephonic and virtual means, as well as in Caregiver Health Services offices when necessary. This role ensures compliance with state and federal requirements and PSJH policies, while managing inquiries and providing timely responses in accordance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The position promotes optimal health and well-being among caregivers and is part of a supportive team culture focused on patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical caregiver health services through telephonic and virtual means.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal requirements and PSJH policies.
- Manage and respond to incoming inquiries in a timely manner.
- Utilize provided tools to ensure accuracy of information and direction to caregivers and core leaders.
- Accountable for the management, resolution, and escalation of inquiries.
Requirements
- 2 years experience as an RN in an acute care or post-acute setting.
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification upon hire.
Nice-to-haves
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- 1 year experience in an Employee/Occupational Health setting.
- 6 months experience with computer databases and systems, such as Microsoft Office and Excel.
