About the position
As a Caregiver at Capri Communities, you will play a vital role in providing personal care and support to residents in various care settings, including RCAC, CBRF, and Memory Care. This position emphasizes adherence to care plans and regulatory requirements while fostering a supportive environment for the elderly. The role offers a unique 4-day work week schedule, allowing you to work 32 hours while being compensated for 40 hours, promoting a healthy work-life balance.
Responsibilities
- Follow Resident Care plan to assist with activities of daily living.
- Assist residents with mobility and transfers.
- Assist with medical administration and reporting requirements.
- Assist with plating and/or serving meals.
- Assist with light housekeeping in resident rooms or common areas.
- Assist with resident activities.
Requirements
- Must have CBRF certifications.
- Must be available to work every other weekend and rotating holidays.
