About The Position

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) – Care Team Leader (CTL) / Charge Nurse to join our REMARKABLE team. This role involves motivating and leading nursing staff, collaborating with the interprofessional team, mentoring others, facilitating daily interprofessional rounds, and ensuring optimum patient care, efficient operations, quality service, and sound financial management.

Requirements

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of WI or holds a license issued by a jurisdiction that has adopted the nurse licensure compact.
• Current CPR/BLS Certification.
• ACLS Certification required 6 months after hire.
• Two (2) years’ experience in an inpatient unit. At least two (2) years of combined work experience and leadership experience may be considered in lieu of two (2) years’ experience in an inpatient unit.

Nice To Haves

• Baccalaureate degree in nursing.
• Three (3) years’ experience in an acute care inpatient unit.
• Relevant RN experience with department-specific patient population.
• National certification in relevant specialty.
