Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  • Document nursing processes accurately in appropriate formats.
  • Plan and implement patient care based on individual needs and goals.
  • Evaluate patient responses to care and adjust plans as necessary.
  • Serve as a resource and advocate for patients and families.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Valid, active unencumbered Nursing license or temporary permit approved by the Georgia Licensing Board.
  • BLS (American Heart Association) certification required.
  • At least 12 months of recent nursing experience within the past five years or completion of a re-entry nursing program.
