The Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist at Memorial Health Meadows Hospital plays a crucial role in providing high-quality care to patients undergoing cardiac procedures. Responsibilities

• Assist in procedures and cardiac device implantations performed in the Cath/EP Lab.
• Act as the subject matter expert for all invasive procedures and prepare patients according to policy.
• Circulate and monitor patients during Cath Lab procedures.
• Perform sterile scrub procedures for diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization, vascular procedures, and other cardiac procedures.
• Handle stocking and documenting supplies, patient billing, and coding of procedures.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) Health Care Provider certification required.
• Current American Heart Association ACLS certification or American Red Cross ALS certification required.
• Georgia: Current ARRT or RCIS credentials required.
• 1 year of experience preferred.
